Acceptance of Terms

By providing your phone number and configuring Dad AI to send you SMS notifications, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not configure the system or provide your phone number.

Description of Service

Dad AI is a private, self-hosted household assistant. It sends automated SMS notifications to a single configured recipient — the system owner — for purposes such as household reminders, calendar alerts, and task confirmations. This is not a commercial service, marketing platform, or multi-user system.

SMS Notifications

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive automated SMS notifications from Dad AI. The following terms apply to SMS messaging:

Message frequency varies based on household activity.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan.
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe and stop all future SMS messages.
Reply HELP for assistance.
SMS opt-in consent is not shared with or sold to any third party.

Limitation of Liability

Dad AI is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any missed, delayed, or incorrectly delivered notifications, or for any actions taken or not taken based on notification content.

Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the system after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
